2024 Mazda CX-5: Comprehensive Pricing and Feature Breakdown

Mazda Canada has unveiled the pricing and packaging details for its best-selling vehicle in the nation, the 2024 CX-5. With a starting MSRP of $32,250, the new CX-5 will make its way to dealerships by the end of this summer.

The 2024 model offers eight distinct configurations, each laden with a plethora of standard technology and safety features tailored to customers' needs, without compromising on Mazda's signature driving dynamics.

At the entry level, the CX-5 GX starts at $32,250, featuring Mazda's Skyactiv-G 2.5-liter engine and a new i-Stop technology for improved fuel efficiency. The CX-5's top-tier version, the Signature, which is priced at $44,950, flaunts premium features such as Nappa leather upholstery, a 360° View Monitor, and Mazda's advanced i-ACTIVSENSE safety suite.

The newest entrant in the lineup, the Suna Edition priced at $44,200, stands out with exclusive Zircon Sand Metallic paint and a turbocharged Skyactiv-G 2.5T engine for those craving sportier performance. This edition seemingly borrows its style cues from the prior Kuro Edition, accentuating the sporty yet sophisticated aesthetic of the vehicle.

For those prioritizing safety, the CX-5 hasn't cut corners. Last year, it clinched the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) TOP SAFETY PICK. Keeping in stride, the 2024 model comes standard with features that contributed to its past accolades, such as Mazda Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, and Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring.

Here's a rundown of the pricing across the range:

  • CX-5 GX: $32,250
  • CX-5 GS: $36,100
  • CX-5 GS Comfort Package: $38,100
  • CX-5 Kuro Edition: $39,700
  • CX-5 GT: $41,050
  • CX-5 Sport Design: $43,950
  • CX-5 Suna Edition: $44,200

Whether you're a tech enthusiast, a safety-conscious driver, or someone seeking a luxe driving experience, the 2024 Mazda CX-5 appears to offer a version catering to every preference. As summer approaches, potential buyers can eagerly anticipate its arrival in dealerships across Canada.
