I just had to let you know about my experience at Sunridge even though I don't usually bother. I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from you. I think this is an example of a business that just gets better because they actually listen and care! We had a good experience when we bought our first car from them 4 years ago but really didn't have much to compare the experience too. During our search for a new vehicle this time we really wanted to compare with other brands so we visited several different dealerships which can be quite time consuming. After it all we went back to Sunridge Mazda because we knew that their service department was great for the 4 years we owned our previous Mazda 3. Well the experience was so awesome in fact even better than our first experience, they knew who we were and rolled out the red carpet, it was actually fun picking out our new upgraded Mazda 6! We were satisfied with the value they gave us for our used Mazda 3 but then they looked up our service records and actually gave us extra money for it without us even asking! We knew it was a good deal because it was more than the competitors offered and we ended up with a nicer car the new Mazda 6 for payments which were hardly higher than our Mazda 3. We feel like they have broken the mould for a typical automotive dealership. The experience was without pressure and very informative, you really feel comfortable buying a car from this group. We talked to a couple who were taking delivery of a new car at the same time we were and they were as delighted as we were, it was also the second vehicle they had purchased from Sunridge Mazda! All around great experience and great deal, way to go guys!
