Mazda MPV review

My MPV lost its power steering on a recent cold snap. I called to get my Van in for servicing, the following occurred:-called at 7:30 am on a Monday -Trina answered and got me in right away -I needed my Van repaired ASAP -Trina said ""shouldn't be a problem"" This is where it get good....-got a call back around 10am -only a clamp gave up on the power steering something, and the repair is minor..... -however....your Van needs some steering work & recommends that the fuel injectors need attention... -typically you feel like this type of recommendation is a cash grab -I said to proceed with the work, and I have noticed a nice improvement in both steering & engine performance. (I'm very happy with this) This is where it get better... -Trina calls me around 1am, advising me that my Van is all ready to go -Trina says ""can we come get you"".....FANTASTIC!!!! -Your courtesy vehicle arrives in around an hour, and I'm back on the road before rush hour begins I would hope you share this example of service excellence with all your staff that was involved in pulling this together. I know its a team effort, but I wanted to ensure that TARA receives a special thanks as she is always a pleasure to deal with. ps: My MPV is 5 years old, and been a solid vehicle for me. I also owned an MPV prior, which also performed solid for 4 years.
